Programs specialized for leadership, management and broader team and employee learning.
Each session targets job specific demands and challenges.
Participants learn practical strategies to control and prevent stress and support optimal performance and health.
Those in leadership roles learn coaching techniques and tools to both better identify stress levels in staff and advise them on effective solutions.
Group trainings are led in-person or virtually by Brittany Gowan, run for 90 minutes and are available in shorter form upon request.
Each training includes interactive learning and experiential skills training, taught through the principles of cognitive, performance and sports psychology.
